Welcome to SIFE Bath

WHAT IS SIFE?

SIFE is all about creating economic opportunities for others. Teams of students all over the world set up projects that focus on teaching others the following principles:

• Market Economics
• Entrepreneurship
• Personal Success Skills
• Financial Literacy
• Business Ethics

The teams are supported by business advisors and university staff. Each year the teams present their projects at competitions which are held in every SIFE county; the winners go on to the global competition: the SIFE World Cup.

WHERE DO SIFE BATH STAND?

In October 2006 Bath University joined the SIFE revolution and six months later we presented at the UK Nationals. We were won the title of "Rookie Champion's 2007", recognising us as the most promising new team.

We also won "Spirit of Enterprise", an award given to us in acknowledgment of our enterprising qualities.

We have developed seven projects and a strong team. We have a great board of advisors and have managed to secure funding for some of our projects.

We are always looking for new, enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team, be it as a student member or an advisor.
